Our first tour
Montmartre wasn't always part of Paris. Before the cabarets, artists and postcard views, this hill was a rural village of vineyards, windmills and country roads. Follow its transformation from village to bohemian legend, passing by some of the most photographed spots in Paris along the way, and discover the Montmartre that exists beyond the Sacré-Cœur.

The walk starts at the foot of the hill, near what was once the edge of Paris, and ends at the Sacré-Cœur.
